To avoid that other person can accede to your data it requires a user and A password.

In this case you must enter in the system the number of label that you have, and the system will verify if there is a person who has entered the found luggage.
If this is the case, the data of the person who has found the luggage will be shown and a mail will be sent, informing about the situation.
On the contrary the incident will be Registered and when a person enters the luggage as found , we will notify you by mail the data of the person who has found your luggage.
Despite this you can verity at any time if the lugagge was found on not.

Have you found the luggage of other person ?
In This case you must enter the nuber of the label stuck in the lugagge and the system will verify if there is a person who is looking for it.
On the contrary the incident will be registered and in case a person is Looking for it we will send that person your data and you ’ll be notify

Have you forgotten the password of your user?
In this case is very simple just enter the data that you remember ( for ex. your full name of e. mail ) And the system will send to your mail the user and the password neccesary to login .
